1. About the Service
Slowly Mail is an anonymous pen pal platform where users exchange letters with strangers around the world. Upon registration, the system automatically generates an anonymous nickname — your real identity is never revealed.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. Each person may only register one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share or transfer your account to others.
3. Code of Conduct
You agree not to send harassment, bullying, hate speech, explicit content, spam, or any illegal material. You must not attempt to discover other users' real identities. You must not use this platform for commercial promotion or fraudulent purposes. Violations may result in suspension or permanent account removal.
4. Content Ownership
The letters you write belong to you. However, you grant Slowly Mail a license to store and process your content for service delivery (such as letter transmission and safety review). We will never use your letter content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
5. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance, though this is not guaranteed in all cases. You may delete your account at any time to stop using the service.
6. Disclaimer
Slowly Mail is not responsible for the outcomes of interactions between users. We provide reporting and blocking tools to maintain community safety but cannot guarantee that all inappropriate behavior will be detected or addressed in real time. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
