Thank you for using SlowlyMail.me. We are committed to providing a great experience for our customers. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:
1. 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 7 days of the first month of your subscription. If the service was not terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service, a full refund will be issued.
The cancellation deadline expires 7 days after the day following the completion of the transaction. After this period, cancelling your subscription will stop the service before the next billing cycle payment date. No refund will be issued for reasons unrelated to our platform.
2. Refund Conditions
We understand that our service may sometimes not fully meet your expectations. We will provide a refund if the following conditions are met:
(1) The refund request is submitted within a reasonable timeframe (7 days) after purchase.
(2) The refund request follows the cancellation process described below.
We are always happy to address your concerns and continue improving our services. We encourage you to contact us before applying for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
(1) The refund request period has expired
(2) The service has been extensively used
(3) The service was terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service
(4) The same service was purchased again after a refund was already granted
(5) Inability to use the service due to personal factors (e.g., device incompatibility, network issues)
4. Refund Application Process
Step 1. Submit your request: If you meet the refund conditions above, please submit your request within 7 days of purchase.
Please send an email to support@take.marketing with the subject line "Slowly Mail Refund Request" and include the following information:
(1) The email address used at the time of purchase
(2) Order number (if available)
(3) Reason for refund and relevant screenshots (if available)
Please email the above information to support@take.marketing. After verification, we will process the refund by reversing the original credit card authorization.
